Because our product is a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a package has been opened, unless there is a clear manufacturer defect or damage in transit.
If your package arrived damaged during transit or is determined to be defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery at support.matchabook@gmail.com or call us at 9899801069. We will happily send a replacement pouch of the same flavor at no additional cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center. Once a tracking number is generated, the sale is final.
